There will be at least 3 senior research scientist in Alibaba call you and each of them will talk to you about your resume and also possible research directions in Alibaba. They dig deep into the research projects I listed on my CV and asked detailed tech questions. Then they asked me to provide research solution for some problems they confronted in their work.

Entrevista
There is one round of phone interview and two rounds of coding interviews. The coding interview is around Leetcode medium difficulty level. The remaining focus is on DL ML knowledges which is aligned with the job description.
