Asked to complete an "on-demand video interview," which is you answering STAR questions into a computer screen (you are not talking to anyone, they are typed questions and you answer them by recording yourself). The recruiters don't care to update you on your status so I was left wondering for weeks. After reading about the company, I'm glad I didn't end up working with them as they seem horrible and their recruiting process is atrocious.
