Highly dissatisfied. Attended 3 rounds of virtual interview but haven’t heard back anything from Alight. HR were least bothered about the candidate. Followed many times. It’s almost 5 months now, no reply or update. It’s okay if they confirm not selected or experience doesn’t match or already filled the position someone.
