firstly there's an online interview like questions which is a mix of scenario questions and information to access your skills and experience. This you can complete at your own pace during a given period of time second is a phone interview on scenario questions that are job specific

You complete a series of self-guided video questions online, which honestly I didn't mind because the asynchronous communication makes it easy to work through the process when you get a few minutes.
The background check process was utterly absurd though. The company needed to verify my entire employment record for the past SEVEN YEARS. SEVEN. YEARS. I've never heard of such nonsense, and I had issues during the process which I eventually was able to get them to back off, but seriously. I've never heard of such an invasive process and I seriously hope they consider revising it.
