I received a follow-up from the recruiter, asking me to submit a written document with my responses to a list of interview questions. About a week later, I scheduled three interviews with different team members. I enjoyed chatting with the team and learning more about the role and their experience at Alight. After the interview, I never heard back from the recruiter, even though I followed up a couple of times. Alight never followed up with a response either, which is frustrating.

Very typical and boring process. This place feels like a dinosaur park. Things need to improve. I had to wait a week before hearing about the interview time. I had 3 rounds of phone interviews and zoom calls.

My interview was straightforward. The position was explained and I had the opportunity to ask questions. I was asked a couple behavioral interview questions so they could understand how I tackle and deal with things such as problem solving, decision-making, and communication.
