Very deep interview for a secondary phone screen. The interviewer had a software development background vs a server infrastructure role. Overall not a bad interview. Again i will comment when the recruiter does not return emails or phone calls on the status it is unprofessional. I as a current people manager interview all candidates and provide feedback for their growth and experience.

There are Three rounds in total. One round with HR, two rounds with future team members. Not difficult. Friendly and smooth experience. All in Cantonese. It is more like conversation instead of one way talking

Wasted my time. There is all politics in interview process too. Interview is controlled and influenced by upper management. This Company does not have any ethics. They can sustain in the market due to their product only. All Indians work here are from the same state of India, Hyderabad and they play extreme politics as of they own the company.
