I was impressed. The first screens were on the phone- then online. From there we proceeded to a shadow day, where I got to spend part of the day with another NP at the location of the position where I was applying for. It was a great experience where I knew this would be a great job. After that we had an in-person interview with the Staff and Administrate folks.
