It started with a phone interview then a Zoom meeting with a manager. After that was a shadow day at one of their facilities followed by an introduction at the facility you'd be working at. It was all set up very professionally and was seamless. The references submission was simple as well and streamlined. I didn't feel like I was re-entering all of the same information repeatedly.
