Phone screen with recruitment. 2nd interview with HR manager and another member of HR team. Was given an in depth case study to complete prior to second interview. Interview was 1.5 hours long. Was told would hear something within a week and nothing. Spent a lot of time creating a case study which was required and not even the decency to inform they will not be continuing with my application. It takes two minutes to let a candidate know they aren’t moving forward. Let them know!!!

Entrevista
There were two rounds. First I did a half hour screening call with the recruiter, which was pretty standard. I also really liked that she told me that she would get back to me by a certain date and then let me know the day before that date that she was behind and might need a few more days. Then I had an interview with the hiring manager. It again was pretty standard, but the manager told me she would get back to me by the end of the week but I never heard back from them. I would've said it was a good experience otherwise but being ghosted is not ok.

If you could add a benefit (and cost wasn't a factor), what would you add?
Not too bad. Two interviews and a personality assessment. Recruiters are not great about getting back to you. Always have to chase to find out you were not selected even though they say they will get back to you.
