I interviewed with two people. During my first interview, I felt adequately prepared for the role. However, toward the end of the interview, this person casually mentioned that they were going to add some "property management" tasks to the admin job. I explained that I had no experience in that field but would be happy to learn. It turned out that "property management" included a whole host of curious things that would better fit in the category of sanitation... In my second interview with the owner, I was subjected to rapid fire questions that didn't pertain to the job, but were aimed at learning about my personality. At the time I thought this was quirky, but now I see it in light of how bizarre the whole atmosphere is. See below.
