One round of interview, Some technical questions about basic haematology and serology processes were asked. Then some general interview questions. I received an offer 1 week after the interview. The panel was nice and made me feel comfortable.

One hour long, although relatively informal. Asked to talk them through CV, general interview questions and then scenario questions. This was followed by a short 10/15 minutes assessment and questions I had for them. The time went by fast. There was the lab manager and technical lead on the panel interviewing.
