During my interview process with AlixPartners I went through two rounds of interviews. The first round consisted of two back to back Skype interviews lasting one hour each, with each having a behavioral and case component. The second round took place on site, and again consisted of two interviews with the same format as the first round. In addition to the interviews, I took 4hrs worth of tests, half being logic type questions, and the other half personality questions. Then I had a 30min behavioral call with a psychologist. Had I made it past the second round, there would have been one final round with the head of the office I was applying to. My complaint was the whole process took about a month, and I had to constantly follow up with them to determine next steps.
