The process took 5 stages. The first one was the screening. The second one was with two members of the team, touching my technical experience. The third one was a virtual logic & personality assessment, pretty outdated IMO. The fourth one was with an interview with an executive director of the area, where I was ask behavioral questions. The last one was with the MD & HR Manager to discuss compensation
