I didn't experience any of the issues other people have mentioned and actually enjoyed their interview process. Everyone I met was friendly and professional. The interview flow was:
1) Call from recruiter after online application.
2) Call from hiring manager.
3) Face-to-face meeting at their headquarters. 2 1/2 hours in 30 minute blocks with various people (Managers, PSO Team, Dev Group, etc).
4) Follow-up call to clarify position.
They put time and effort to ensure you match the skills they need and the culture of the company. They openly talked about the reviews on Glassdoor, the challenges they've had due to the growth and where they want to go. They answered all my questions honestly (in my opinion).
Unfortunately I didn't get an offer, as they didn't feel I was a match for the position. That is my loss, because I feel this a good company, with good people and a promising future. Sometimes it's just not a good match, nothing personal.
My advice is to take everything written on this site, including my post, with a grain of salt. All companies have their issues and people who are upset tend to write more reviews. Best move is to apply, meet them and come up with your own opinion. And make sure to ask questions!
