Very organized and great follow up afterwards. The recruiting team was clear with what the company was looking for and set real expectations. About 3-4 rounds of interviews, which seems normal.

Spoke with Alkami in August 2022. Great first phone interview with the recruiter, very detailed and concise. Follow up meeting video with hiring managers was not has good. Both did not turn on their web cameras, and in my impression did not seem very interested in the conversation. Have not not heard back from anyone since.
