I began working on the same day of the interview. It was not really an interview per se, but rather a group orientation whereby the Supervisor gave an orientation about what type of work was involved. There were no questions pertaining to where I might work best, it was about them and what they needed. This is one of their problems as a company: they hire Managers, not leaders.
