They contacted me to set up a phone interview. I stayed by my phone all day, but they never called me. I had read the reviews online and was hesitant to take a job here, but decided to give them a chance, since everybody deserves the opportunity to improve their process. I double and triple checked to make sure I had given them the correct phone number and everything. I cancelled my plans that day so I could be 100% available.... and no call ever came in. I'm not sure what happened, but if they already filled the position, it would have been polite to call and let me know, or shoot an email.

It was a cattle call. 25 people or so crammed into the break room filling out an application. The hiring manager then told us how great the company was and how lucky we were to be invited. Then I waited in line for an hour to speak with him for 60 seconds. I was put off by the arrogance of the whole process starting from the email invite. It probably showed that I was not as impressed with them as they were with themselves. Check company reviews on sites such as consumer affairs to know what you are getting into.
