Met with upper management. They had a manager trainee helping in interview. High turn over rate. No tact. Upper management are terrible decision makers. They need to hire new hiring managers.I see why they have over 444 complaints. What a joke they were.

Quick, non-conventional. The recruitment process is clearly bulk. They bring in a mass of probability candidates and make selections based on a criteria probably proprietary to them. I'm a very competitive professional- goal driven, with long term plans, but was turned down, not that I can say I mind. They give off a vibe that seems almost cultish. You'll see, seems like a place that is fire happy as I continue to see the ads pop up for the same positions regularly.
