There were two rounds of interviews. The first round HR and the team lead asked me my experience and knowledge in the field standard type questions. Then the team lead took me on a tour of the manufacturing floor, to show me the products they are currently making and tested me on what I knew about manufacturing and electrical components. My second interview was one on one about again my experience, knowledge, and other things. As a result of my major and previous job experience they asked me about Asian politics and its effect in the current US economy. ( This interview was also during talks about trade wars with China which impacts this industry heavily)
