The process started out great -- I applied online, did an initial phone interview, had an online assesment, followed by an in-person interview at the end of the week. Things went well but when I didn't hear back for a long time, I assumed they had gone with someone else. I emailed them to be sure and they said: "Sorry, we've just been really busy." Then about a week later they contacted me for another interview (6 weeks after my first interview) and this time they said they would let me know in a few days. They did not and simply ignored me! I understand not getting the job but this is really lazy HR!
