Fiz uma entrevista na empresa All Star Directories, Inc..
Entrevista
About 6 interviews that were pretty straight forward and lasted about 30min to 1 hour. It's employee owned so it makes sense that they are thorough. 3 interviews would be ideal.

My background and experience in marketing and outcomes
Candidatei-me online. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa All Star Directories, Inc. (Seattle, WA).
Entrevista
This was an incredibly weird experience. I went to the bathroom before the interview started, and a woman at the sink asked if I was there to interview. I said yes, and she told me to turn and run. I laughed, but she obviously wasn't joking. The interviews started, and one of the first people I met with spent my entire interview savaging her coworkers. She held forth about how untalented and unprofessional they were, and implied that the company was populated by an egomaniac at the top, and a bunch of hacks lower down. I couldn't get out of there fast enough.

First, I was contacted by a recruiting firm that All Star uses to vet candidates, and had a half-hour phone screening. Then I had a call with the supervisor I would report to, which lasted about 45 minutes.
For my in-person interview, I came in at around 9 or 10 and left at 3 I believe, spending roughly 45 minutes with each person I spoke to. I had two conversations in the morning, then one over lunch, then 3 more in the afternoon.
I was interviewed by people from nearly every department and was told the schedule in advance, so I had a chance to prepare questions for each person. Everyone was friendly and engaged, and even though it was a long day, I was comfortable and left feeling good about the interview and the company.
Since I was offered and accepted a position, I can add that my initial impression of the company and the people as warm, supportive, and easygoing was pretty accurate.
