I applied through job board and got a call a few days later. The interview was one of the worst I have ever experienced. I was interviewed 20 minutes late despite being on time and completing the form I was given. The interviewer rushed through the questions in about five minutes and cut me off when I tried to go into detail about my work experience. Even if All Summit Alliance wanted to hire me I would not take the offer. They don't seem to be professional in the way they treat potential employees.

The interview process began with a 20 minute first interview which will lead to a seconds interview if they are interested. They ask very simple questions that if you read over their website you will know instantly. The second interview begins with them taking you out and showing you what they do. Which is replacing glass and after you have a second interview where they will hire you if they believe you fit the job.
