Furthermore, there was a lack of clarity regarding the role; I applied for a Stylist position, yet the interviewer referred to it as a Senior Stylist role mid-conversation. The overall tone of the interview felt impersonal, making it difficult to establish a professional rapport. To conclude the experience, there has been no follow-up or update following the interview. The lack of transparency and professional courtesy throughout suggests a significant internal misalignment.
