Entrevista
There was no interview process. After I sent in my resume I just got an email that confirmed my start date. The only thing I had to do was take a drug test

Entrevista
I accepted a job. It took them over a week to get me the paperwork.
When they finally did, it took me 30 minutes to get the items they needed. I requested them send me a secure email link to provide the documents. It took them over five days.
Complete radio silence for over a week, despite emails. I then get a call telling me that I tested positive for medication I was prescribed, and that it could cause a possible conflict. I was then blamed for not disclosing my medical history to that person sooner so that, "Maybe she could've done something to assist with this, but now I am probably too late." I was completely floored. I informed her that I had had a doctor's note, I had tried to contact the lab the day of, the day after, and four days after my test to provide them this information. To which she said, "They don't need to know your history. I do." I informed her that the medication is actually legal to have in the state I live in and the state I was moving to. She frustratingly told me she would contact me again soon.
Over a week later, after repeated emails as my start date approached, I was finally able to get her on the phone. She summarily terminated my offer. I was told that my medication was the reason. Didn't matter if I had a legal prescription or that the drug can be purchased OTC. She then proceeded to bully me into not reaching out to the client about her terminating me and that if I had anything to appeal, email her.
I emailed her with a list of possible concessions on the role. Changing medication, pushing back start date to clean test, lower hourly rate, longer probationary period. Anything. She did not respond for five days and completely blew me off, telling me to move on.
Teach your people some empathy. I had five weeks of my life wasted because of this person's terrible communication. Then she tried to gaslight me that the medicine I legally take is the reason I am not getting the job and it is my fault for not disclosing my medical information to her. I have to completely restart the job search process because this person is unorganized, and has zero emotional intelligence, or respect for the people whose lives were involved. When I tried explaining that to her, she did the verbal equivalent to a shrug.
