The hiring process was far too long. The company short listed the candidates through job seeking website and took almost six month from initial contact through email to telephonic conversation to relay their offer. The company was having difficulties with law & order situation in the city which was not that bad but was enough for them to postpones their interview. The interview wasn't that difficult and as they were pretty satisfied with my test which I gave.
