First round was psychometric tests, after that l proceeded to an interview with 2 managers from CSC and Retail operations division. After that l proceeded to the third round which was a role play. The role play l was given a case study that l had to go through then a disgruntled customer will call and you have to resolve their issue. After that you have to write an email to your manger explaining what happened and how you handled the customer issue. It was fun but challenging. The last round was an interview with two managers. Make sure your future goals align with the role you are being interviewed for.
