The interview process was very simple. There was only one interview. They ask you about your experience in the health care field. They ask if you are certified. They have a sheet that has a bunch of things on it such as, do you know how to take vitals, do you know how to prepare a meal for diabetics, and so on. After the interview if your clearance checks out they will call you back in the office to start training.
