Upon arrival- greeting by a welcoming professional team. Followed by introduction and company video. Separated into 2 groups. Then self introduction and desired base stated. Required memorization stated, followed by team questions. Finally followed by face to face interviews. The whole process was exciting, informative and very positive.

My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.
