The online interview process was streamlined and smooth. Two days after applying, I was invited to a video interview. Two hours after completing the video interview, I was invited for a personal interview. All in all, it was a four day process and surprisingly quick. The Allegiant Recruiting team that held the session were all very nice and made everyone feel comfortable. It was great to see that the same people you communicated with via email at the headquarters office were the ones who came to meet you in person. I didn't feel like a file folder with a number; I felt like they were genuinely interested in me, as a person, and my character. Approximately 28 people checked in for the interview. We began with an information session that talked about the company, addressed how the session would play out, addressed topics about training, pay, job requirements, etc. Following the information session, we were split into smaller groups for team activities. The recruiting team then deliberated on who would go home and who would stay for one-on-one interviews. The team was especially focused on making everyone feel relaxed. That being said, the Recruiting team did a very good job at remaining neutral -- not giving any signals or signs on how well, or how poorly, you were doing throughout the process. Even people like me, who have a knack for reading others, left the session wondering and thinking the outcome could go either way. They are great recruiters, through and through. The entire session ran about 1.5 hours longer than scheduled simply because there were only a few of the 28 that were sent home. Those of us that completed the process are waiting with bated breath to hear a 'YES!' and begin training.
