The first part of the process was a four question online interview. You were able to review yourself and re-answer the question. The second part is a three hour session. The first hour the recruiters introduce Allegiant Travel Company though a very positive slide presentation. Then they each introduce themselves. The recruiting team had a range of seniority with the company from 2 months to over 6 years. The recruiters were very welcoming. The second hour consisted of group interviews. they broke the group into two, around 8 people per group. In this portion we answered three questions. The first was worked on with a partner. It was a situational question on how to handle a possible problem on the job. The second and third questions were answered individually. They were more focused on your personal story and core concepts of the company. Once this process was complete were asked to leave the room so the recruiters could deliberate. Then a few people were asked to leave. The remaining people stayed for one on one interviews. The portion consisted of about four questions. They asked about specific situations and stories of problems and how the problems were remedied. We were then told to have a nice day.
