Entrevista
The interview process with Allegiant is a very welcoming, friendly atmosphere! It is by far the best interview experience that I have had to date. After completing the online application you will be asked to complete a video interview which will consist of between 3-5 questions that you will record your response too. It does allow your two re-record your response if you are not happy with it the first time. If you pass this step you will be selected to attend an in person interview. Don't be nervous for this day because all of the staff with Allegiant is so friendly and welcoming that they will make you feel like a part of the family once you walk in the door! The day starts with an overview of the company. If you aren't sold on Allegiant before the slide show overview, you will be after it. The way they are able to explain the values and goals of the company are amazing. After the overview you will be broken up into groups where you and a partner will read a scenario and explain how you would handle the circumstance. Following this you will recite your memorization that you were told before hand as well as answer and individual question assigned to you in the group. After the group interview they will let you know if you pass onto a one on one interview. Don't be nervous for this either. The Allegiant recruiters are able to make it feel more like a conversation than an interview. After the one on one they will let you know that you will hear back within a week. This interview process is by far the best that I have ever been too!

Name and describe a time that teamwork helped in resolving a circumstance.
My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.

Entrevista
Interview consisted of a group information session about the job, pay, ect. After that we were spilt into smaller groups and we answered a question, recited the announcement they gave up to memorize prior to the interview, and then we completed a group activity. After that those who got to the 1-on-1 interview stage sat in the jumpseat to make sure we could buckle in, and then interviewed with one of the recruiters.

Entrevista
Video Interview is very easy and simple. They will give you 3 questions and you will have all the time and retakes for your answer. Good luck and hoping for the best to everyone.
