I applied online on Feb 3rd, and did my video interview Feb 4th. 10 days later, on Feb 14th, I received the invitation to come to group interview on Feb 16th, in Las Vegas. The interview process was very professional and the recruiters did a great job. I made it through to the one on one interview and am anxiously awaiting to hear back. :) Allegiant really looks like a wonderful company wth great people!

My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.
