Awful. A woman recruiter upon my signing in, made a rude comment to me about her surprise at me being a referral. Rude rude. I interviewed exceptionally well I've been a flight attendant for legacy carrier and know interview etiquette. I
interviewed with some wonderful wonderful applicants. I do not come across as a know it all by any stretch of the imagination and every single one of the male recruiters was so very friendly and warm and wonderful. The two women there were anything but nice. And they were the ones checking everybody in. My biggest complaint about this company is the fact that this interview process is very biased. You are given scenarios from which to give opinions and what you might do in particular situations. BUT There is no chance for you to ever let them look at your resume or ask you anything personal or for them to dive into your purse sauna on a deeper level. If you do not make the cut passed a couple of generic questions you are not going to be able to display anything about your work history or what you can bring to the company. They completely eliminate not just myself but lots of people who are cut from the original group right along with me… Some potential he really good people who would make exceptional flight attendant material.

You were given a card that stated one of the companies 10 core values and asked how you relate that to your experience and history
to the particular value that was on your card.It surprised me that those people out of the group who were the most vague and spoke The most poorly and Inaudibly were the ones who were move forward in the interview process.
My interview experience with Allegiant was notably casual and laid-back. Unlike traditional, conservative airlines, Allegiant maintains a relaxed and adaptable environment. I observed that several candidates had previously been unsuccessful in their applications to major airlines. Regrettably, some attendees were unprepared, poorly dressed, and displayed inadequate grooming; some also used coarse language. This was disheartening, and I was eager to depart. If you are looking for a conventional, sophisticated flight attendant role, Allegiant may not be the ideal choice.

Entrevista
Interview consisted of a group information session about the job, pay, ect. After that we were spilt into smaller groups and we answered a question, recited the announcement they gave up to memorize prior to the interview, and then we completed a group activity. After that those who got to the 1-on-1 interview stage sat in the jumpseat to make sure we could buckle in, and then interviewed with one of the recruiters.
