The Interview was taken By 2 persons. After the Interview the company HR said u have cleared the 1st round , have lunch and come back for 2nd Round. After I come back they say, panel is not available , interview will be scheduled later.
The Next Day I check with the consultancy firm they say that the feedback is negative.
Please Be transparent in your selection Process. Dont tell you have cleared and we shall schedule later.

Entrevista
Got interview call from one the third party consultancy and scheduled the interview with allegion. There are two technical rounds and one managerial round followed a HR round. The interviewer’s are so professional and supportive to crack the logic on the go.
