Very thorough - lots of people interviewed me. All had different questions and were well prepped and versed. They were very observant of my CV and really made the interview personal, didn't feel like another number. They also wanted to find out about me and my own personal ways of working, rather than whether I was just competent to do the job. Also with the 4 people that interviewed me back to back, made me realise how much they value taking the time out to get the right person for their organisation.
