I was contacted by a recruiter from one of Allegis's sister companies and screened on the phone about job skills, salary requirements and given info about the potential growth of the position. Took about 3 phone calls total for them to set up an interview. The interview itself lasted only about 45 min. I was interviewed by the manager of the department I was to work. We talked about the position, what the first project I would work on would be and when I could start. The recruiter told me to bring my portfolio along, however the manager never asked to see it. I offered him to take a look at it and he glanced at it for less than 5 min.
