O processo levou 3 semanas. Fiz uma entrevista na empresa Allen Institute for AI (New York, NY).
Entrevista
Interview consisted of an initial video screen and then a technical screen. The initial video screen was odd, the interviewer did not seem interested in asking questions. They only asked me to introduce myself then asked if I had questions. It didn't seem like they cared or listened. I tried to ask questions on basic benefits like 401k and healthcare but they didn't know. They never asked any more questions just kind of stared awkwardly waiting for me to continue leading the interview then wrapped it up. I thought it was weird but the recruiter said it went "really well" and scheduled a technical screen.
For the technical interview they scheduled a full hour but when it started they said there is only a half hour for the coding question. I was able to get a running working solution for the coding problem but the interviewer seemed unhappy every step of the way and made the experience really uncomfortable from the start. They seem to not have empathy that technical interviews are a nerve wracking process. I think I dodged a bullet.
