I applied for this job after reading the description on LinkedIn and I definitely checked all the boxes. I had a quick screening and then a Zoom interview. There were SIX MEN interviewing and most of them did not turn their camera on. Not a single woman on the interviewing team. The men were using technical lingo that I’d never heard of (I’m tech savvy - it just wasn’t lingo related to this particular position). When one of the interviewers was called on to respond to my question he didn’t respond and then said, oh sorry, I was working on something else. What a waste of my time. Rude interviewers and get with the times and include women on the interviewing team. I knew immediately after the call ended it was not going to be a good fit on either end, however, an email back to let an interviewee know they’re no longer being considered is pretty customary - I didn’t even get that!

How do you manage or prioritize having multiple projects at once?
What type of product have your trained or taught with that was interactive? What features did you like about the product - what made it immersive for the participants?
This was probably one of the worst overall interview experiences I've had with a company. It started with an initial phone conversation with the recruiter. Then I was scheduled for a half an hour zoom interview with the team - (some of whom popped on mid-interview with no introduction/had their videos turned off). After that I was scheduled for an hour long interview with a company leader. He spent most of the time speaking and asked very few questions, and near the end of the interview told me that they were waiting on signed contracts to open the position - so there wasn't even a position open. After that, I never heard from them again. It's incredibly disrespectful to ghost your candidates, especially after going through multiple rounds.

Entrevista
I first spoke with an in-house recruiter over the phone, who then referred me to the Hiring Manager for a one-on-one phone interview. After speaking with the Hiring Manager, we then set up a panel interview with most of the studio which occurred over Skype. Typically, they do this interview in person, however I was not currently in their location city.
