Very direct, no surprise questions. Just have the courage to ask the hard questions. When I asked questions regarding faculty development and student support services, I learned that there were some huge gaps.

The interview contained very straight forward questions. Emphasis placed on fit for students and university since it is associated with the AME church. The group was also interested in knowing if it would be difficult to adjust to a primarily minority student population.
