They start with a phone interview and a 30 min grammer. They said they would get back to me to let me know either way if I would proceed to the next interview, but I never heard back.

What is your experience with instructional design?
We apologize if you did not receive your response from us. Our Applicant Tracking System is set up to send out responses to ALL. We will spend time immediately looking into the system to make sure they are going out to all candidates.

The first step was a phone screen and a grammar test. Next, had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, had a panel interview and was asked to go through a scenario relevant to the role.

Entrevista
The first and second interviews went well. The third interview, however, did not. The person who conducted my third interview just went on and on and ON about what to expect on the job. She literally asked me one question before she went off on her little rant.
Then she told me I wasn't qualified.
She was rude about it too. I won't be going back.
