It was straightforward. Phone interview then in person interview. Process was pretty fast too. Normal interview questions nothing out of the ordinary ordinary. Dress like you would for interview. Overall simple process.

I had a scheduled interview with Alleviate Tax, but the interviewer did not show up for our meeting. I waited for a week, expecting some form of communication or explanation, but no one from the company reached out to me.
I understand that circumstances can change and a company might decide not to proceed with an interview. However, a simple notification or acknowledgment would have shown basic respect for my time. This experience was both unprofessional and disappointing, and I hope the company takes steps to improve its communication with candidates in the future.

The first person I spoke to was very nice and asked me about my case management. She scheduled a meeting with the hiring manager within the same week. The hiring manager was distracted during the interview and kept looking around as if she needed to be somewhere else.
They looked at my resume and basically wanted to give me the lowest paying wage/role and it wasn't a role I applied for. It was for some customer service role that was a "Jr. Case Manager" role when that's not what it was called on Indeed. The pay there isn't the best. For the Resolution Case Manager role you're expected to maintain 300-500 cases for $20-$22. I got paid far more at my last role for the same amount of work and it's insulting they wanted to give me a minimum wage job doing customer service when I have 2yrs of case management. It may not be completely related to taxes but the skills I have are transferable that's why you train people.
Another thing is that as soon as you get off the elevator to enter the firm you hear club music blasting. You have to really talk loud so that way people can hear you.
