My interview was a bit unconventional as it started with an executive. We spoke a lot about my experience and the possibility of creating a management role there. He just needed to talk to his partner, and I should follow up after the month. On four separate occasions (text twice, email, and LinkedIn), I followed up, just looking for a response either way so I could move forward if necessary. I never received a response. Giving bad news is ok, but to not have the common courtesy to let someone know anything is so sad. It was the most unprofessional experience I've encountered in my career. Interestingly, there are only two employee reviews, and Sr. management is rated at a low 2.8. STAY AWAY!
