Entrevista
The interview process is long, with multiple rounds, and meetings with various people. The key is to ask them questions, not vs. versa. You should be professional, and have the mindset of an advisor.

Entrevista
I was interviewed multiple times by various team members over a 2 month period. You meet with portfolio managers, wealth advisors and others. You involved in case studies and role playing. I was told I would be receiving an offer, and never did. They also do personality test thru PI. I still do not know where the breakdown occurred.

Entrevista
The process was slow and the company is going through a lot of changes. There was also a lot of people who were hired the year before and then left or were let go. Not a good sign. The payout structure is not great after the first few years and there seemed to be a lot of people unhappy or looking for new jobs.
