The hiring manager setup a 1 hour Zoom call to discuss my background and some high level coding exercises on their database technologies. There was only one additional interview with another developer, which was just technical questions about their programming languages.

Brief resumé review, coding question, followed by interviewee open questions. The programming question was administered over Zoom. The interviewer also gave more detail about the role. The interview was 1 hour long.

Too much detail and peer programming glitches, interviewer was aloof. Several emails and rescheduling, I had 2 phone interviews and a zoom peer programming session. I believe this is a fine company but is lacking the southern standards that Nashville is famous for.
