nach offizieller Bewerbung über online Tool Interview Anruf und sofort Einladung zum Gespräch. Zu Beginn Vorstellung der Firma, anschließend Vorstellung von sich selbst auf englisch und kurze Fragen zum Lebenslauf mit 3 Personen aus HR. Fragen zu meiner Erfahrung bisher im HR Bereich. Kennen lernen der Arbeitsplätze und wichtigsten Personen. Nach 5 Tagen Rückmeldung, dass ich bei Ihnen arbeiten darf. Gehalt war bei 11,20 pro Stunde angesetzt, konnte aber auf 12 Euro verhandeln.

I had a phone screening call with recruitment, interview with manager over video call , 2nd interview with over video call with head of hr. Fast and straight forward, good follow up
Standard interview process. First with HR, then 3 different single person interviews. Answered any and all questions. More interested in experience than “tell me a time” type questions. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and responsive. Interviews were quickly scheduled.

Entrevista
Interview was scheduled to be physical but I can only make it for virtual interview - emailed 3 times to request for a different timing / virtual interview. Only responded after the planned interview timing (eg 1pm interview, called at 5pm).
When rescheduling, was very rude and had bad attitude. Very bad impression and decided to withdraw my application.
