The process was at their Trivandrum campus. The whole process went smooth, they gave a brief introduction on the company operations and gave an office tour. Then the interview session began. We had only one round of interview when HR and Business were taken simultaneously.

The Allianz hiring process comprises three rounds: an aptitude test gauging general skills, followed by a technical assessment assessing specific competencies, concluding with an HR round to evaluate cultural fit and interpersonal skills.
