Candidatei-me online. O processo levou 3 semanas. Fui entrevistado pela Allianz Partners (Richmond, VA) em abr. de 2016
Entrevista
My experience began as very positive, but ended awfully.
I submitted an application online and heard back in about two weeks for a phone interview. The phone interview lasted nearly an hour, but was enjoyable. The recruiter was easy to talk to, and she was prepared. I received a request for an on-site interview in about a week. The on-site interview involved thirty minute interviews with all of the primary managers in the department, which lasted about four rounds, and I gave a presentation on how an analyst ought to approach a problem, as requested. It was fairly easy, and everything went well. I received a call about two days later for a final-round interview with the CMO. The interview lasted thirty minutes, which could not have ended sooner. He was rude and intimidating, and I did not feel welcome by him in the slightest. Afterward, I knew that I would not get the position. Sure enough, I didn't. However, the recruiter personally called me to let me know that she planned to pass along my CV for another role at the firm since I had interviewed well. She never did. I never received a single call from Allianz, and they ignored every follow-up email and phone call I made over the course of two months while the position was reposted multiple times on job boards. I have never felt so disrespected by an executive and recruiter as I did by Allianz Global Assistance.
Thank you for your comments. I’m sorry that your impression of AGA did not meet our usual standards. I spoke to our CMO who is also sorry that you left the interview with that impression. It was certainly not his intent.
