The first round will be a HR round. Its pretty stright forward conversations where we would be able to know more about the company and they would as our experience and background. The second and the final round will be a Manager round, where they will dig more on our customer handling skill, telephonic skills, multi-tasking etc. We can expect 2 or 3 star method questions as well.
