The interview process was simple and standard. It consisted of 4 rounds. The first was with a recruiter, the second was with the hiring manager, the next was a panel interview with several other managers, and lastly one with colleagues with the same role. The interview process went well. After all interviews were complete, I received a tour of the building. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive any follow up. While everyone was nice, I got the feeling they were looking for someone with less experience. My last interview revealed I knew more than the current employees.
