The Scheduler asks you by email three questions: 1. Can you multitask? 2. Do you live in the southwest area? 3. Are you bilingual? Then, in the evening sends you an invitation to apply in person the following day in the morning. Awful experience. Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes to be called on. The scheduler, said that in order to simplify the process she had everyone interview that same day. Did not apologize for the wait. It seemed the candidates that arrived at the site before me were attended first, which is fair. Each was given about 30 minutes, resulting in me waiting 1 hour and 10 minutes. Anyway, once I go in I see a crowded room with two desks and absolutely no privacy. She asked me questions because she did not bother to look at my resume beforehand and wrote notes. When it's my turn to speak, I simply withdrew my candidacy.
